Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Ronan Home app, our website, and related services. “Ronan”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the business operating under the registered Utah trade name Ronan. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Free offers and local estimates

Free offers apply to features identified as free in the app or on this website. Products and installation are separate. Local estimates depend on your project location and the areas we serve.

Usage limits and optional paid access

Free access is subject to reasonable usage limits, including limits on AI requests, image generation, and processing. We may change free usage limits and slow, pause, or decline requests when limits are reached or service capacity is restricted, subject to applicable law.

We may offer additional access or higher limits for a fee. Purchases are optional and subject to the price, usage limits, and terms shown before you confirm. Paid access remains subject to its stated limits and service availability.

Using the service

Ronan Home is for adults aged 18 or older. Keep your account secure. Use the service lawfully, and do not access another person’s private information, attack the service, or bypass access controls or usage limits. We may restrict access to address misuse or protect users.

Room scanning requires a supported device and camera access. Online features require an internet connection. The website kitchen is a demonstration, not a scan or estimate for your home.

Check designs before ordering or installation

Room scans, measurements, AI responses, and designs can contain errors or omit important details. They are planning aids, not construction documents or architectural, engineering, or installation advice. The app does not inspect concealed conditions or confirm that a design meets building codes or permit requirements.

Before ordering products or starting work, have a qualified installer or other appropriate professional check actual room measurements, product dimensions, clearances, site conditions, and applicable building requirements. Do not rely only on app measurements or designs to order, fabricate, or install products.

Generated images are illustrations. Products, colors, finishes, dimensions, and the installed result can differ.

Estimates are not binding bids

Amounts shown in the app are planning estimates, not guaranteed prices or agreements to supply products or perform work. An estimate does not reserve products or an installation date. Estimates can change with measurements, quantities, materials, product availability, site conditions, taxes, shipping, delivery, and installation requirements. An item is included only if the estimate says it is included.

The final scope, price, and purchase or installation terms must be agreed separately in writing.

Your content

You keep the rights you hold in the scans, photographs, messages, and files you provide. You give Ronan and its service providers permission to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you. Only submit content you own or have permission to use.

AI sharing requires the separate permission described in our Privacy Policy. These terms do not replace that permission. The policy also explains how to stop future AI sharing and request account deletion. AI output may be inaccurate or similar to output provided to others.

Ronan and its licensors retain their rights in the app’s software, interface, and branding. You have limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the app under these terms and applicable App Store rules. This permission does not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

Service limits and responsibility

The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, or that a design will suit a particular room or project.

To the extent permitted by law, Ronan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or lost profits or data, from using or being unable to use the app or website. Ronan’s total liability for claims arising from the app or website is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Ronan for use of the app in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits apply only where lawful. They do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory consumer rights. Separate written agreements govern product purchases and installation, including responsibility for those products and services.

Changes and applicable law

We may change features, availability, or these terms, subject to applicable law. Updated terms are posted here with a revised effective date. We provide notice and obtain agreement as required by applicable law.

Utah law governs these terms, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
